Lease application requirement

Upon fully discharging his/her obligation with LHLDC, then the customer has full rights to the land. This is the time he/she can apply for a lease document.

We offer a full property sale service for our clients. We make buying property an easy, stress-free experience from selecting your property to lease application. We offer commercial sites with varying sizes and residential sites in the categories of high, middle and low income in the size range of between 450 sqm to 1000 sqm. Our house types vary with projects.

Our sales services are provided in harmony with current legislation and standard practice.
