Married/single applicants
- Determine how much you can afford on a site.
- Get in touch with Sales and Marketing Division to enquire about available sites.
- Select a site, pay a registration fee (amount varies with projects so enquire before coming) and go for a site viewing.
- When satisfied, make payment arrangements and close sale by signing all paperwork required to complete sale.
- Upon full site payment, request site boundary marking and apply for site lease.
