Determine how much you can afford on a house (cash in hand) OR
Get pre-qualified for a mortgage from your bank.
Get in touch with Sales and Marketing Division to enquire about available houses.
Select a house, pay a registration fee (amount varies with projects so enquire before coming) and go for a house viewing.
When satisfied, make payment arrangements and close sale by signing all paperwork required to complete sale.
Upon full house payment lease is processed.
