The project is located at in Mafeteng town next to Mafeteng government hospital. It was developed in 1988.It offers a mixture of middle- and high-income sites averaging between 400 sqm and 600 sqm. The project comprises of 232 sites. The sites are surveyed and serviced with water reticulation.
